Discussions about organic vs. non-organic food brings into question the concept of human evolution. How can we claim to have evolved and live in advanced socieites, when our ancestors were eating real food grown naturally as it occurs in nature (what we would call organic), while most of us now eat processed food-like substances? Surely the process is in reverse -- and this is a form of devolution.
