The lady placed me on hold over 30+ times because she kept making mistakes with my quote and to make things better, she had an emotional breakdown...ya she literally started crying over the phone while trying to read me numbers with a slurred speech. Glad she settled down and got everything back on track. What a great start to my vacation lol
