Disppointed. I was at the Nu Sentral outlet today after I saw this advertisement. Thought of purchasing the surface 2 @Rm12++ with all the gift. The first thing I realised was, the outlet changed the FREE type keyboard for the touch keyboard, the sales promoter, a malay girl said no more stocks, but will only provide me the type keyboard if I join the extended warranty program. But when I told her I will buy today if it is a type keyboard, and she went......to the office. She later return and agree, but for slow moving colours...purple. In the advertisement, it include FREE screen proctector, this was also not mentioned in the pop card, and she check with a chinese bald guy sitting in the counter concuring the matter. I ask her to check on her website....she could not find it, but if she could have let me help her browse the website, this advertisement can be found with all the published description.. I wonder Harvey Norman is cheating or their sales people are manipulating for personnel gain or not interested to sell but advertise as gimmick...
