District 1: Best place for tourist+ local. Good location rental is about usd2000 to usd5000. District 3: Good place for fashion, coffee and f&b. Rental is about usd800 to usd3000. Can get local people crowd. Near to big theme park and get parking place area. District 4: Near to district 1. Near to saigon river. Very quiet and relaxing area. Can do pub and coffee place for people to relax. Rental usd400 to usd3000. parking place depend on location. District 5: best place for fashion clothes. Rental about 800usd to usd3000. No much parking place. A lot of planning running in my mind. Let me consider Cambodia too. Leaving this week to Cambodia for last tour before I deliberate my decision. 😃😃
