Do YOU have a need for perfection? Do YOU become ill when under stress? Are you over critical of YOU or others? Do you appreciate structure and order or use compensating controlling behaviour techniques? Maybe you have a subconscious over compensation or need for getting your own way? NEW WORKSHOP: redmilestudio.co.uk/workshops.htm Emotions connect with the body, and we can become physically ill when stressed or when repeating past cycles of behaviour. Rituals and long established patterns of behaviour help to keep us feeling like we are outstanding and a high quality person. They can help us to stay organised and to become more sophisticated and effective. However, we need to make sure that the rituals and behaviours that we use are not harming ourselves and others or blocking our self and spiritual development. In this workshop coinciding with the Full Moon the night before we will be looking at how our repetitive habits are affecting our spiritual well being. At the close of the workshop the moon will have moved to 8 degrees of Libra indicating positive thinking directed at a new cycle. By having the chance to express how we feel about these areas and learn to use some new ideas and methods we can reshape our thinking. You will be able to: * Look at the best moments of the past, to get inspired for a fresh start. * To see what has value in life and have more confidence without using safety behaviours. * Refine your identity with your own typical important element or feature. * Find more balance. Various methods will be used such as guided imagery and meditation, creative expression therapy, breathing exercises, and planetary invocation. Please note: No knowledge of Astrology is necessary, I will be giving everyone a short insight into their personal current Full Moon chart placement to help to refocus on positive thinking and more helpful methods of shaping behaviour.
