No heavier than 15 stone for men and 13 stone for ladies (both fully clothed). Must be prepared to complete a medical form (Possibly required to be signed by a doctor) skydiveswansea.co.uk/documents/BPA-Form-115-TandemStudentDeclaration.pdf Anyone aged 16 or 17 will require the signature of a parent or legal guardian on the BPA Membership Agreement (also known as the under 18 parental consent form). skydiveswansea.co.uk/documents/BPA-Form-106-MembershipAgreement.pdf ==================================================== The Skydive will cost a minimum of £320 per Person (£220 for the Jump+Insurance + £100 minimum towards the charity) There is a required £40 Deposit per person. Depending on your financial situation, it can be broken down 2 ways: 1. Pay £40 for the deposit, and become involved with us to help fundraise the remanding amount of money together. 2.
