We are looking for “Sales Development Supervisor” An international FMCG Company in Jordan is looking for Sales Development Supervisor from both genders to be a part of professional team as follows: Job Purpose: To achieve sales growth through customer acquisition; team management; execution in outlet and act as a guardian of the company assets deployed in the market. Job Requirements & Competencies: 1. Minimum College / Preferably University Graduation in Marketing, Business or related. 2. A minimum of 1-3 Years of sales experience. Preferred: Core Sales & Distribution experience in a fast moving consumer goods company. 3. Verbal & written communication skills, negotiation Skills, interpersonal skills, distributor management, Sales techniques, Planning & Organizing, Customer Focus, Leading and Motivating Others (Creating enthusiasm, inspiring positive attitude and a desire to succeed). 4.
