Do You Believe? The word, “believe” is so powerful, It can send us rays of strength and allows us to reach mountain like goals. It can make a weak person feel so “strong,” And it can give us that motivating determination that helps us to keep moving on. Often we let others knock us around, And when they don’t succeed, some other trial we face in life may land us on the ground. We may stay down for some time, when we feel trying is too tough, But if we “believe,” we will muster up the courage and find the strength we need to get up. I’ve seen this happen in my own life a time or two, One problem after another kept me void of accomplishing anything I wanted to do. Then I realized that it was not good for me to just hand over my control, So I was determined that I was going to break through all negative barriers and made positive my goal. Even though life still tends to throw me for a loop at times, and more often than I can want to say, I “believe” that I am worth all the trying I have to do that will keep me thinking in a positive way. And I “believe” that if you can find the strength to “believe” in yourself, What you gain, a sense of self-worth, is more valuable than anything else. Jeanne Claire Probst
