Do any of you give your children melatonin? Something has to give. It feels like I have an infant all over again. Merryn wakes me up every night, at least once. Last night she woke up at 1, 4 and 5. And since I wake up all hours of the night anyway, its exhausting. She doesnt sleep late and she doesnt nap during the day so she has to be exhausted too!! The oils arent helping. Maybe I need to try the childrens liquid melatonin. Ugh.
