Do not rent this property in offerton. You will not get ur deposit bk. I rented it for 2 yrs. I decorated it, carpeted it coz there was flees, put new curtains in and blinds. New lino in the bathroom. And all because the parasite that ownes it didnt like the decor, shes holding my deposit. O yeah didnt prune the roses either. Check the pics out. Thats my carpet and my blind and curtains thats shes advertising her house with. Apart from the out of date gold ones. Also the boiler doesnt heat the water, so you have to have the emmersion for an hr and then it will only do 1 shower. The house is freezing and very damp. I ended up in hospital with a growth having to be removed from in side my nose due to breathing in mould spores. Please please all share because i dont want this parasit ripping anybody else off.
