Do to my upcoming additional duties at work (I get to teach woodshop!) and my decision to return to college in pursuit of permanent teaching credentials, I have decided to stop writing the Local Vocals column for Turlock City News. TCN has been kind enough to still allow me to contribute Turlock related stories as time allows. A decision has yet to be made if TCN will keep the Local Vocals column or retire it as well. Ive got complete faith in TCNs editorial staff to maintain & expand upon the column if they choose to do so. Miss Kailey Fisicaro is a talented writer & has a knack for entertainment stories. Id love to see her write the column or even develop something new, relating to art & entertainment. Thank You to all of the bands (Of Us Giants, Thin Black Line, Broken Trojan, The Good Luck Thrift Store Outfit, Indian Runner, Ronald Records) & band members that allowed me that first listen of something you feel so passionate about. I am forever grateful. Thank You to the readers most of all. I never expected so many people to read, like & share my articles. You folks are amazing!
