Do u all know what else u may b allergic to? Goto Dischem Hillcrest, see the on duty nurse & ask for an Imupro100...she will take blood & send it away to a private lab in Westville. They will contact u for payment (if my memory serves me correctly about R800-1250 range) then email u a link where u can login & download the test results. Ur blood is tested against 100 foods/food groups & they tell u the severity of ur allergy to these foods. They also send u booklets with recipes & also pictures of the food labels & shops where u can buy alternatives... Very professionally done & I recommend it to anyone... I know now for sure that I am highly allergic to egg. This may help those that are only looking at Gluten, but still struggling even tho they doing everything right... U may have another trigger, most likely food related
