Do ur best to create an atmosphere of peace & unity in your relationship, home, or office. When u are tempted to pop off & say hurtful, critical, counterproductive things that u know u shldnt, next time u have the opportunity, do yourself a favour. Take a deep breath, pause abt ten seconds, and think abt what u are going to say b4 u speak. Words can cut like a knife. Have u ever touched d stove & then pulled your hand off immediately? But weeks later, it still stings. That is what hurtful, critical words can do.
