Do you PLANK?? Heres a little extra challenge for you to mix in with your workouts this week: Throw in a plank where you bring one knee in underneath you, then take your knee out to the side. 10x each side. If you want to advance that, knee in, knee out, extend your leg and bring it back in. ****Remember, keep your core tucked in and keep your neck in neutral position. You can modify this by putting a knee down if you want.**** Here is a good video demonstration of how to do it, and how to modify. But remember, MY challenge to you is to bring your knee in under you first, then out to the side. ((Sorry for the ad at the beginning!!))
