Do you constantly JUMP TO CONCLUSIONS in your thinking style? You - TopicsExpress

Do you constantly JUMP TO CONCLUSIONS in your thinking style? You make a negative interpretation of an event or episode even though there are no definite facts that convincingly support your conclusion. Oh, the impact of this thinking and how it can shut you down. Example: You are in the work place, you work hard, you are loyal, and your a tremendous employee.....and another employee does one thing that is negative....and you draw a conclusion about that person. Perhaps they have some stuff going on in their life where they just might need a friend to listen to them and to understand them. Be careful about jumping to conclusions style of thinking....it can shut you down and you will not be able to smell the roses....only see the thorns!
