Do you currently do fasted cardio? Heres your new rules for that early morning session that WONT burn your hard-earned muscle that you work so hard for: - Wake up, 1 cup black coffee (NO cream or sugar) - ONE scoop NLA for Her Her Whey (feel free to mix this into your black coffee - yummy!) jessiefit/nlaforher - Take 1-2 NLA for Her Shred Her capsules - Make 1 large bottle of water for your session that has 1-2 scoops NLA for Her Aminos (watermelon!) in it that you start sipping a few minutes before your fasted cardio and that you continue to sip throughout the entire session. - ONE more scoop NLA for Her Whey in a shaker with water that you mix and drink as you are walking out of the gym. - Get home and eat. If youre not doing this - and doing your cardio on a completely empty stomach - PLEASE STOP! Lets get a conversation going on why - you start.
