Job Skills/Requirements ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: To put Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind and body for all. Demonstrated behavior in core values of the YMCA: Honesty, Caring, Respect, and Responsibility Maintain a safe environment for children at all times Assist in maintaining cleanliness of child care site Sincere commitment to care giving of children required Sincere commitment to the development of children Engage children in all aspects of learning activities Willing & able to actively participate in all indoor/outdoor activities Salary: $7.50-$7.75 Part Time Louisville, Kentucky 40202 QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: Strong Commitment to YMCA Philosophy & Mission Must be enrolled in high school OR possess a high school diploma or its equivalent Must be at least 18 years of age Exemplary human relation and motivational skills are needed.
