Do you ever hear yourself boast or claim I am doing the work of God or Im working for God or your pastor call you out to do the work of God? Do you believe youre right? Can you work for God? Which of Gods work can you do? Who do you hear work for God b4? The bible says Enoch walked with God Gen 5:24. When it comes to Abraham God said Walk before me and be ye perfect.. Gen17:1. The Jews forgot that when Uzzah tried to work for God by holding the ark of the covenant from falling, he paid with his life. So they went to Christ in the book of John 6:29 and ask what must we do that we may do the work of God Jesus noticed their ignorance in the question, and answered them perfectly Believe..... the right question wouldve been what must we do to please God? and the answer would be Believe in his son... This is the question you must always ask yourself What Im I doing today that please God? Not what work of God you do. God doesnt need anyone to do his work, his work is greater than any man can do, what can you really do for God? He want you to walk with him, so he can use you to do little things for your blessings, he want you to walk with him in agreement so your purpose on earth can be achieved. Not that you work for him. If he want to raise the Sea in anger today and destroy a land of disobedience, he already have a force to do that. He want peace on earth today, he already have a force to do that. If he want to turn a poor man to a king, he has his angel to do that, you cannot do a single work of God. You walk with God, to accomplish your purpose in life.
