Do you experience anxiety related to vomiting? A follower is looking for advice: I have always had a phobia of vomiting. Right now most of my panic attacks include this type of fear, expressing itself in a feeling as if Im gonna get dizzy. I would like to ask if theres someone else out there whos also afraid of vomiting that much so we can share our problems and (hopefully) overcome them. Sometimes Im afraid to have my dinner because I might get sick, catch a virus or something like that - the fear of vomiting is going out of control.
