Do you have a free lunch hour? The playground is on its way, but even after it arrives, there will still be at least two weeks of installation before it can be used. Kids love games like kick ball, four square, jump rope, etc., but the students sometimes have a hard time getting started with these activities. The school is hoping that we, as parents/guardians/grandparents, can come in between noon and 1 PM on school days to play with the kids during their lunch recess. There is plenty of equipment, ideas and participants waiting for us at the school. They just need a little guidance! If you are able, the school would appreciate any time you can offer whether its on a regular basis, occasionally, for the whole hour or just part of the hour. You can show up and touch base with Brooke at the front desk or call the office (582-6860) and give them a heads up that you plan to stop by. Remember...Many hands make for light work!
