Do you have a job? Do you work 15-20 hour days for free? No, you dont. Hm, well guess what? Neither do we. Indie Authors are 100% responsible for everything. Nothing is free. Everything costs money and most of us barely break even. So, when people say, Im waiting for it to go on sale. Or complain that a book cost $2.99-4.99, yet theyll go to Starbucks and drop $5 on a coffee without blinking... Yeah, thats insulting. Most people want to say it, but no one does. If you follow me, you know I dont have that problem. If you are a fan of someone, that means you SUPPORT them. That means you BUY their books because you know theyre worth it and you know the work they put into it. You dont STEAL it and you dont complain about a $4 book when you waste more than that on a new lipstick at Wal-Mart, wear it once, and never wear it again. Fans support the authors they love. They buy their books. They review the books. They recommend the books. They SUPPORT the author so the author can stick with their JOB and keep writing books.
