Do you have a pet and take them for a walk? Wouldnt it be easy to get your workout in as you take them out?? Comment if you like my workout videos and if you would like to see more. Are they as slow as my B? Because if they are this is the perfect workout for you. -------------------------------------- This workout can be done anywhere and requires NO equipment. Your dog doesnt need to be a slow walker but it helps to get these moves in. To see the full video check out my youtube channel. ----- Www.youtube/fitzip ---- 1⃣ Walking Lunges: dont let your knee hit the floor and keep weight in the heel of front foot. 2⃣ High Knees: try to bring knees up to waist. 3⃣ Traveling rotating Sumo Squat: knees will be out, squeeze inner thighs. 4⃣ Karaoke: Cross over of feet and legs, make sure you do both sides. 5⃣ Single Leg Deadlift Balance: squeeze core and glutes to stay balanced. Do not lock out knee and keep a flat back. 6⃣ Low Squat Side Shuffles: keep low, back straight and shuffle to side, repeat on other side. 7⃣ Calve raises: find any ledge and get up on those tipy toes. Squeeze core to stay balanced. 8⃣ Quick Feet Forward: stay on balls of feet and move quick between markers. 9⃣ Quick Feet Side Shuffle (for these 2 exercises I used cones that were on side of road, but you can use anything you have, leash, hat, shirt, rock be creative. Do each move for approximately 30 seconds. No need to time yourself, I use visual distance markers (example as far as that lamp post or tree).
