Do you know what God has done for you? "He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness; by his wounds you have been healed." Can you just imagine what Jesus endured to take every sin known to mankind upon His body? Can you ponder the significance of this sacrifice? Jesus paid the ultimate price-FOR US! Jesus suffered inexplicable pain and suffering upon the cross-Jesus was OUR replacement. He took the most extreme punishment so we could be completely cut-off from the guilt of sin, the power of sin, and the influence of sin….and when He died for us Jesus removed our guilt and the punishment we would have taken ourselves for our immoral and ugly sins. You ask-“Why did Jesus do this?” This is THE doorway to a relationship with God, the Father….the only way to accept Jesus’ gift of love and sacrifice is to ask Jesus to accept you….you must be born-again to inherit the gifts so freely given. Do you want to receive God’s grace in order to live a righteous life? There will come a day when we all will meet God face-to-face. Accept Jesus into your heart today, and offer you sins to the gates of heaven. Surrender everything and watch how your life will transform. Think today about what God has done for YOU. Then think about how much God loves YOU!
