Do you know your body type? It is vital that you recognise what body type you are, as all 3 have vastly different characteristics. Everything from what you eat to how you work out should be influenced by your body type. For example an endomorph should have less carbs then the other two and wont get results if overworked. Whereas a mesomorph does not need much recovery and can use carbohydrates as an advantage.
