I co-wrote the script and even had a small part in this short film, which is now complete. Two years in the making, this film is an entirely period-correct Sweeney-style story, and is the work of a bunch of enthusiastic amateur actors (all fans of The Sweeney) and an equally enthusiastic professional film company, Tin Hat Productions. Tin Hat Productions usual output consists of war films, and if you visit their website (tinhatproductions), you will see that Andy and Callum Burn and their team are currently working on such a film called Our Shining Sword. They do an equally great job of capturing the essence of the 1970s as they have done with the 1940s in their other work, as you will see when you watch the trailer.
