Do you like these videos??? Im using strength slides here.. If you dont have these...IT IS NOT A PROBLEM....;) use Paper plates, small rags(for hardwood floors), magazine pages, furniture movers... You can use Anything like that, that will slide across floor! Make sure heel of stationary(or forward) foot is NOT on your slider object, but firmly on ground...digging in! All weight is in that stationary heel! LUNGE >Start SLOW *4 counts down, 4 up (1set=8x) >Quicker *2 counts down, 2 up (2stets=16x) Repeat same sequence for the BOWLERS LUNGE Slow down to lunge/right angle 4 counts down, hold 16 counts, 4 counts up...repeat ( if you cant touch ground its totally cool, dont go that low) Squat 8x repeat other leg.
