Not anymore you dont :) Ranch Dressing 1 large avocado Juice of half a lemon 1/2 cup silken tofu 1 teaspoon tabasco sauce 1/4 cup olive oil 2 teaspoon crushed garlic 3/4 teaspoon salt Place everything into a food processor & blend until smooth & creamy We tossed some cold cooked spiral pasta through this tonight along with some tomato. Quick, basic, filling & good for you! (We doubled the quantity)
