Its great to have fitness goals, weight goals, etc. But, dont let that be your driving factor. If it is and you fail, youre stuck believing the lie that a goal weight is all you are. Let BEING HEALTHY & WHOLE in your Body, Mind And Spirit for TODAY be your daily directive. After all, you can meet and exceed your weight goal and still be COMPLETELY unhappy & unhealthy.
