Do you really believe this? They dont get S.S.I. unemployment, free health care, etc.. When they hae to go to the E.R or hospital they pay cash so as not to draw attention from immigration officals. Most of the B.S. that claims otherwise have no documentation or proof to back their claims. I have seen it here in Crestone, when people come in for the food bank they need to provide ID. and illegals do not want any attention drawn to them, additionally I see it is mostly white americans who are sitting with their hands out. The same ones who sit in the park all day, smoke dope, drink beer, play music etc.. I saw stats that in 2010 in Calif. the illegals provided 10 million dollars to the economy in sales tax, rent etc.. Plus if we had not made the border so tight most of these people would go back home once the crops where in. Now it is to hard so they stay. One more thing..... whos job are they threatening? You ask any farmer of hotel manager how many Americans are applying for jobs, working in the fields or as house keepers and the answer is NONE. Without these hard working people we will have no one to pick our crops or make our beds. Granted there are some undesirables but there are a lot of undesirables who were born here. I do believe this is for the most part a red herring. Tossed out by the conservatives to fire up their base. No judgement just my observations.
