Do you sit at a desk all day? 3 simple stretches that help move blood through your legs to reduce your chance of developing a DVT: 1. Sitting; stretch your ankles. Point your toes towards the wall or chair in front of you then back towards your face. 2. Standing; hold your chair. Stand on tip toes and bring your heel down yo the ground slowly. 3. Quadricep and hamstring; hold your ankle and pull it towards your buttocks to stretch the quad. Hamstrings, place one keg straight out in front of you resting your heel on the floor. Point your toes upwards.
