Do you struggle with emotional eating!? Post below! I feel like Im ALL about the flavor, so anything sweet, like honey or PB butter is definitely on my mind...A LOT. I dont deprive myself, but I try to maintain balance. I eat when Im stressed, depressed, happy, tired, awake, it really doesnt matter! Sometimes I still try and justify the reasoning, but in the end food is made for survival, not just for enjoyment. #TakeControl
