Do you think you could commit to 21 days of eating healthier and working out 30 minutes a day with me? I know its so easy to put your health on the back burner but you will feel so much better implementing these changes with an easy laid out plan telling you exactly what you need to do for our 21 days together. My most recent group of ladies just finished our 21 days together and lost a total of 14.4 pounds and 12.5 inches. So PROUD of them!!!
