Do you want a quick fix that you cant uphold or a lifestyle change that benefits you forever? If it took you a year to put on 10kg then why would you think it would take 10days to lose it?? Quick fixes make my job super hard because I would say 50-60% of women actually think it should happen super fast... Which only leads to failure :( Transformation does not happen over night or in two weeks or four!! You need to be in it for the long run, focus on your health, daily consistency and learning to be flexible. Educate yourself or get educated on why you are doing what you are doing, surround yourself by people who are going to support you, train with someone who knows what they are doing, manage your stress levels and focus on health when it comes to nutrition.. xx
