However, here is the summarized version I have written down in my tricking notes. (Yes I give myself tricking homework). Scott says: 1. Flow into your moves then power when needed. 2. Twist will all three of your cores. 3. In your twist moves always keep ripping for more. 4. Always build your base up to get more advanced moves down. 5. Breath properly so your combos dont fall off. 6. Dont chuck your tricks half-assed. Always try to throw every trick the best youve ever thrown it.
