Do you want toned arms? Do this Shoulder & Back workout! For shoulders grab some dumbells & start with arms slightly bent in front & raise no higher than shoulders-keep elbows up even with wrist. Then move to the side of hips lifting straight up no higher than shoulders-keeping elbows slightly lower than shoulders & wrists slightly lower than elbows. Alternate from front to side. 12-15 reps each 3 sets For Back find some cable, sit tall and before you pull down lower your shoulders & pull shoulders back for good posture--- Pull straight down to your side making sure you dont roll shoulders forward or move hands forward- At the bottom of movement pause and contract Lats- At the top of movement dont lift shoulders- I used to think it was beneficial to stretch Lats but its not good for shoulders & not necessary to stretch Lats. 12-15 reps 3 sets Get Fit, Have Fun & Be Fabulous!
