Wrap your head around the smallest tweaks can make the greatest improvements... So I was at the gym the other day, jumping my little heart out, when it suddenly hit me... It’s amazing the difference an inch makes. Why? As a 5’2″ woman (157.5cm), one inch is a big deal! - If I was an inch taller, I am sure people would finally stop using me as a personal leaning post! - If I wore heals an inch higher, I would certainly tumble and fall! - If the drivers seat of my car was an inch lower, I wouldn’t be able to see over the dash! So how about we re-frame this ‘inch’ theory and apply it to our performance… What if you: - Jump an inch higher? - Squat an inch lower? - Reach an inch further? Our plyo step with one extra riser took our workout from HARD to sweat dripping like tap off our nose….it’s only an inch! How do you think this would affect your overall energy output and long term performance? Give it a go at your next workout….after all…it’s only an inch, right? Wendy xo
