Do your family at least one favor this Thanksgiving. Please do not buy those boring bags of dried cubed bread to make your stuffing this year. There are so many amazing breads that you can buy and use instead, multi-grain, rosemary, garlic......endless varieties. Dont just use one variety, mix it up & use several together. Using fresh sage is a major plus and add some fresh basil too. If I can save just one family from eating those pre-bagged styrofoam cubes, this post will be worth my time ;)
