Doc said he was very close to hospitalizing me today. If the top number of my blood pressure had been just a little higher then I would been at serious risk of having a stroke. Going to start making changes in my life. Unfortunately I cant do much about my genetics but I can watch my diet and exercise. My biggest hurdle is stress. So I am going to have cut people out of my life that cause stress. I need positive and uplifting people around me. I just cant give as much as I did before. Going to focus on my boy and my students. They are what truly make me happy in life.
