DocuSoft provides the facilities for storing all types of information, from scanned paper document images to electronic files, MS-Word, MS-Excel and PDFs, E-Mails and E-Mail attachments. All files are securely stored in their natural format and once registered they cannot be deleted from the system. Access to secure information is controlled and an audit trail is automatically generated for all document activity. In addition a workflow system is provided to manage document distribution and control.
