Does Enda Kenny really think we are all stupid brainless people.....his first approach to the water chargeswe need to do it to conserve water, then the people of Ireland stand up to him and suddenly itsif water charges arent brought in they will have to up income tax by 4% where does the water conservation come into that except to make him and the rest of our greedy government richer. He ought to be ashamed of himself trying to bully us into paying it. (Rant over)
