Does Michael Brown being a suspect in a robbery change my opinion - TopicsExpress

Does Michael Brown being a suspect in a robbery change my opinion of the situation? Please hear this in love. As an individual who has NEVER had ONE issue with the law, but has been pulled over, unjustly searched, frisked and interrogated for no reason other than I fit the description...NO. The fact remains that yet another black man was shot (repeatedly) until he was left for dead. Its been stated that the officer didnt know Michael was a suspect, so that has little bearing to me on anything. If he robbed the store, no I dont condone it or let that slide. Thats wrong. Im not even concerned with Michael Browns character...I didnt know the dude. Im concerned with the way in which its becoming (more openly) OK to execute people who look like me with no fear of repercussion, reprimand, or even thorough review. Robbery or not, Im still not seeing ANYTHING that gives just cause for this young man to be dead. If Im missing it, you should know by now (if you follow my posts) that Im all for being corrected, helped, even proven wrong. Ive been the Michael walking to AND away from a cop car with my hands in the air, pleading with God almighty that He be merciful and gracious to me...having done nothing. I cant help but sit here and wonder how they would vilify me if I was to be shot and killed, in an attempt to justify the murder.
