Does anyone else have an issue with the timing of the stoplights in Wausau? We travel around the country about 70% of the year and havent been through any other community with such stoplight issues. Try it some time. Think of yourself as a visitor to the community for a play or shopping downtown. Take a look at your watch as you pull off HWY 39 and also keep track of how many stoplights there are and how many you have to stop for a red light. Drive down Stewart Ave. to downtown. Locate a parking spot by The Grand and now exit downtown via Bridge Street. Now take a look at your watch and your log of stoplights and red lights. Pretty impressive?
