Does anyone know... I drive in Michigan, I had an accident with my school bus on Oct 17th... I rear ended a new Escape, my bus wouldnt stop (45mph) I had the brake pedal all the way to the floor...by the time I stopped it was a bump.. No damage to her car. I got the ticket😟 My question ... Isnt there a law, or requirements that state after an accident the garage must inspect the bus? And report it to state officials? 2 weeks later the same intersection , same set of kids and I tried to stop for the yellow light... And again bus wasnt stopping fast enough, by the time we came to a full stop, we were 5-6 feet over the white line and partway into the intersection!
