Does stand your ground apply to everyone in Florida? Just wondering when NHL players will use the Stand your ground law in Florida? A Detroit Red Wing skates up and punches a Florida Panther player and takes him down to the ice so the Panther player pulls out a gun and kills the Red Wing. Or maybe the Detroit Tigers are in Florida and a Florida Marlin pitcher throws a pitch high and tight to Fielder so he charges the mound and takes the Marlin pitcher to the ground so the Marlin pitcher pulls out a gun and kills Fielder. I know your thinking this is stupid and could never happen but remember we just saw a child killed while only having skittles as a weapon.
