Does this gory look say good of Imo state or does it simply say - TopicsExpress

Does this gory look say good of Imo state or does it simply say that those saddled with the responsibilities of ensuring that the environment is cleared of refuse are not competent enough to handle it? I see it as failure on the part of this very present government. I see it as an aftermath of an unfocused government. This simply sends a negative but true signal that this government has once again failed to live up to its duties to her citizens. This reminds me that this same ENTRACO team were the ones handling waste management in the state during the past administration. What we have failed to understand is that with this, Imo citizens are at high risk of an epidermic which will spell doom. The most annoying part is that the government has forgotten that this gory picture paints it black and again detrimental to the health of its citizens. It is only a concerned government that ensures that the cities are kept neat including drainages. My survey shows that there is likely to be an outbreak of epidemic should nothing be done by this government. But on the other hand this shows wickedness and total neglect of governments statutory obligations to its people. Go to our markets, streets, drainages and see for yourselves that this government is doing nothing in this regard rather is shying away from the basic things it is supposed to have done to better the lives of its citizens. It will do Imo indigenes no good if we are besieged by an epidemic outbreak as a result of dirty and unhealthy environment which should have been avoided and taken care of by the government.
