Does this sound like what your preacher or ministry leader is saying in the pulpit? Does this sound like what invited ministers or other invited guest speakers at your church or at a church that you visit are saying? Let me take it a step further. Does this sound like what the popular TV Evangelist that you watch or listen to on the radio every Sunday, or throughout the week is saying? How much money in faith pledges have you given over the years to change your situation? How many $1000 seeds have you sown to have a miracle take place the next day? How many vials of holy water have you bought for only $59.95 that you used to sprinkle on yourself, but to baptize your spouse, your kids, or any other heathens that have visited your home? Hmmm, so, he says that you and him are gods, huh? How many people have you seen him raise from the dead? If I had to guess, I would say that he probably couldnt even make yeast rise, much less a dead person! He told you to claim that BMW or Mercedes Benz when there was absolutely nothing wrong with the 5 yr old Honda Accord that you have. Let me just ask you this...how has everything worked out for you? Has your life changed for the better? Do you at least have two nickels to rub together, after giving to these people for other than tithes and offerings? Has your spiritual walk with GOD become any stronger? Has your personal relationship with JESUS become any more intense? If I had to guess, again, I would say that your season has been stuck on winter (cold) every since you started following these people who claim to be shepherds of the LORD, but have done nothing but drain you spiritually and financially!REAL TALK!
