Dog lovers and officers know that people’s pets are more than just pets, they are members of that family. So Tuesday night when Officers Marty Obrecht and Marisa Boyce were on patrol, they saw a family looking for their dog and decided to stop and help. It was just a typical night for the officers but yesterday we received this message from Tina on how appreciative the family was for the officer’s help. From Tina Tonight my sons Boston Terrier Pitch got loose and while we were looking for him in the dark 2 police officers stopped and helped us on 60th of the Northwest Radial Hwy. We didn’t get their names and I only remember car 123. We just wanted to say thank you from the bottom of our hearts. THEY ARE THE BEST!!!!!!! We would not have found him without their help!!!! My sons are sleeping soundly tonight ...with their best friend!!!!!
