Dogs on bridleways... repost from Emma: Just a reminder to PLEASE KEEP YOUR DOGS ON A LEAD AROUND HORSES!!! Had a womans dog chase after me today which resulted in my horse bolting flat out across two fields and we are both lucky to have not been hurt (not that the woman bothered to check). It doesnt take a second to put a lead on your dog if you arent adamant it will walk calmly next to you. Bridle ways are for dog walkers aswell BUT are pathways for horses and by letting your dog off the lead youre not only putting people and their horses in danger but your dogs aswell!! It doesnt take a second, its just consideration!
