Dominion management has begun mandatory Labor Relation meetings for supervisors at the plant. Supervisors are returning to work centers with a rushed anemic program of training. Above all they are being ordered to present an agenda. Please understand that this agenda is intended to disseminate their vision of how our working conditions should remain. Dominion would like nothing better than to maintain the status quo at Millstone. That system has cost the WORKERS at Millstone dearly since Dominion purchased the site from Northeast Utilities. While the rest of the industry has seen steady and consistent benefit and wage increases, Millstone has been stifled under unbargained control. Ask yourself, is it better to work under a mutually agreed upon contract or the fickle whim of Corporate mandates?
