Dont forget to take time to let your mind and body calm before bed. Remove all electronics from your bedroom, light a candle or two or use soft lighting and lay calmly breathing. Observe your mind for a few moments, let the thoughts comes and go then focus only on your breathe for at least 2-5 minutes. Youll be amazing at calm and relaxed you feel afterward. 98% of the time I drift off to sleep during this process
